The software comes in two versions; one is a downloadable version and the other is cloud based ASP version. The publisher provides either version for 5 users free. You then have the opportunity to get familiar with the application and take your time about it. You invest for more number of users only after you are completely comfortable. After paying for the registration you get access to the source code for the opportunity to customize the application to the extent you want. The TimeLive suite of products delivers a time tracking solution for professional service providers and covers time and billing applications.
Audit trails make it suitable for those regulatory needs of meeting Federal audit standards. Weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly and monthly timesheets are easily generated. Organizational details such as its departments etc. can be set up. Workflow can be set up based on the way things are done in your organization rather than having to change your workflow because of the software. The same workflow can take care of the way your organization does expense approval and other project related approvals. Take care of billable and non-billable expenses. Email notifications ensure everybody interested are working off the same page for the project. The web based avatar of the application gives you the further advantage of working with teams that are geographically dispersed. This is a nice tool to have around.
